Credentials

Kyle began her theater career at the Red House Theatre (her back porch). While living on the east coast she studied vocal characterization with an emphasis on “belting”. Besides her work with the Cabaret, Kyle has been a part of productions thru Chico Theater Company & Butte College. She has also been a facilitator in youth-based programs thru the Chico Peace & Justice Center and Community Collaborative for Youth. Kyle loves the continual growth that comes from every production she is a part of.

Day Job

Since late 2002, Kyle can be found singing behind the fryers in downtown Chico at a local French fry shop called Pommes Frites. She is a full time student at Butte College graduating this semester with an Associates Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Kyle is currently working on a grant for a project to compile original works written by youth from all over the world who are effected by war. If everything works as planned she will be the director and lead instructor of the production / workshops series related to this project.

Interests

Kyle currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Chico Peace and Justice Center. She enjoys swimming, hiking and you may see Kyle biking all around town no matter what time it is or what kind of weather Chico may be having. She also is a back-up singer / actress in a local theatrical band called The Gorgeous Armada.
